Ghostwriting

I craft engaging and compelling prose for clients across the world so that they can tell their story, their way.

Whether you want to publish an extraordinary personal or family history, or chronicle the inner workings of a successful business or charity, I produce lively, informative and concise copy designed to meet your needs.

Working closely with each client, I offer a full ‘inception to publication’ service – from co-creating a reader-friendly pamphlet or book structure, through to drafting page-turning chapters which draw directly from my client’s history, experiences and language.

Each stage of this process is overseen and controlled by my clients. Upon request, I can also connect you with world-class media lawyers, designers, typesetters, photographers, publishers and publicists.

Investigative Research, OSINT & Corporate Investigations

In addition to planning and writing publications, I offer an optional, bespoke and discreet investigative research service. This is designed to complement and enhance my clients’ source materials, documentation and first-hand experiences in order to strengthen the quality of their publication – or to assist non-publication clients with information gathering.

Using open source intelligence (OSINT) techniques deployed by investigative journalists – such as the Freedom of Information Act or Subject Access Requests – I can help clients to obtain previously unknown/undisclosed information about them, their family or organisation held by public bodies in the UK, USA and Europe. I can also legally trace and approach individuals (including those who do not want to be found!), perform advanced public archive searches and complete full-blown investigative research – all with a view to improving the quality of my client’s final draft.

In recent years, I have undertaken sensitive, discreet and legally compliant investigative research for major clients in the UK, Europe, Middle East and North America.
